Hi Jothinanda, Jothinmaya ma, Pranaji,etc,
I've been using the yantra as well as my chants for my healing. It says that you can charge the water for an hour. Now, after the charging, you drink it? And do you ask by intention what you want the water to be used for healing for? I have one big yantra in my room and have been putting water in front for an hour and doing this. Also, by intent, can you ask the Yantra to contionously send you healing for your issues without staring at it. Blessings to eveyone.

Yes, after charging you can drink it. This will spread energy throughout your body because water reaches everywhere through blood. You can try the same with Jothi Mantra also by charging water with jothi. You need to look at the Yantra and access the energy.
