cosmic activation/meditation and jothi meditation

i am new to these things are the jothi and the cosmic meditation do the same thing. and should i do them both everyday?

If you have received the Cosmic Activation from Pranaji, you have also received the Jothi Expansion Meditation?
There is a Jothi Cosmic Activation procedure for receiving the activation from Pranaji (mostly done during retreats).  Once you have received the Cosmic Activation, you continue your sadhana with a daily jothi expansion meditation.  This is either given to you by Pranaji, or in your manual that you received during the retreat.
On weekends you can receive the Jothi Diksha according to the Jothi Transmission procedure.  This is sent to you when you register on the website.

These are all related and the differences is not that big.  If you let me know what you are including in your daily practise, etc. i can assist you better.

Till then continue with your Jothi meditations as you are currently doing.

Then that is the meditation that you practise daily and it will initiate and integrate all the changes needed in your chakras and all the different bodies, ie, physical, mental, emotional, spiritual.  Please register for the weekly Jothi transmission.  YOu will receive a similar meditation via email (on registration) which you follow to receive the Jothi over weekends.  This will strengthen the Jothi in you and help with the process.
As you go through your processes of clearing and unfolding, it is best to stay in touch and to ask questions and guidance.
