- The payment of USD 225 (15%) of total amount of USD 900 will secure your place.
- Initial deposit is non-refundable
- Only 65% of total amount paid (less deposit) will be refunded if booking is cancelled 4 weeks before date of retreat. This is because expenses would have been incurred by then based on bookings received.
- All monies payable by 30 October 2010 in full - otherwise the booking will not be honoured.
- Should the event be cancelled by Pranashakty due to unforeseen circumstances, all monies and deposits will be refunded.

Please arrive in Pune by the latest Thursday morning 2 December 2010 - group transport will depart at 5.30 pm and will not be able to wait for late arrivals. Assembly point will be decided closer to the time.
